Each unit has a screened porch and a beautiful lake view. These are deeded units. There is a restaurant and bar on site and a marina where owners can bring their own boats or rent them from the marina. There are currently two outdoor pools, tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes and a picnic area. The resort is exactly two miles south of Silver Dollar City and about a 15 minute drive into Branson. If you turn left at Silver Dollar City, Branson West with a WalMart Super Center for grocery and supply shopping is only 4 miles away. The resort is affiliated with RCI, as I said, and all but a few winter weeks are Red Weeks.

Eligibility for this promotion is as follows: 1. Married, over the age of 28 and have matching driver's license and a major credit card for ID purposes. (These were not checked when we were there.) 2. Gainfully employed with a combined annual income in excess of $40,000, or retired with a combined annual income of $35,000. 3. Both husband and wife must tour together and complete an approximate two hour personalized presentation. 4. Not scheduled to tour any other Branson resort. (We later did for tickets to Silver Dollar City) and 5. Have not toured Branson Yacht Club in last 18 months.

We felt the presentation was pretty low-key compared to others we've attended. They told us we could decide to buy at any time, not "offer good today only." (They did offer incentives to lower the price) We were also encouraged to explore our own financing at home.

Warning: Ocean Key/Atrium refuses to make refunds of the $50 deposit if you need to cancel.  Where you sign in is over 5 miles inland from the resort.  This could be a real problem for peole who fly.  They like to schedule appointments for the last day.  For people with a 12 hour drive home this is a problem as you need to get up and leave early in the morning. They, of course, also fail to mention that there are no refunds.  They will reschedule for $10.00.

I get a credit per each booking that starts with one year maintenance fee but can also be used towards free nights. If a referral buys I receive another credit of 3 or four nights (depending on the program purchased).

I am the proud owner of two weeks at Marriott Manor Club, one in the older sold-out two-bedroom section that has no lock-off units, and another in the new lock-off buildings.  This first-class Marriott Resort, rated 5-Star by Interval International, is consistently in the TUG Top-10 of timeshare resorts worldwide, making it easy to trade to any resort in the world.  Location, location, location…roughly half of the U.S. population lives within a day’s drive of Williamsburg, making Marriott Manor Club a perfect low-cost escape to an area full of historical tours, shopping, fine dining, golfing, with outings for the kids like Busch Gardens and Water Country USA 15 minutes away.

Marriott has just opened the first of the last 3 buildings at the resort, and it’s estimated to be totally sold out within the next 3 years.  All units in these buildings are 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom lock-off apartments, which can be split to give you a two-week holiday for every week you own, or trade the lock-off portion for a week at another resort.  Each unit has a full kitchen, 3 TVs, VCR, Jacuzzi, full-sized washer & dryer, and colonial furniture.  Owners are entitled to six free rounds of golf on any of the three Ford’s Colony golf courses on which Manor Club is built.
