Does Grandview have an Exit Program?
No, sadly Grandview does not offer an official exit program. We still suggest that owners attempt to reach out and at least ask for your options. Emails and phone calls are free! Be sure to explain any medical/financial hardship or similar that may impact their decision to accept your ownership back or not!
Can I Sell my Grandview Timeshare?
Sadly most Grandview Resorts Timeshares have little to no resale value and as such most are given away at no cost! The good news is that in 2024 Grandview was the most successfully sold timeshare on TUG so there ARE buyers out there picking up free ownerships (especialy those enrolled in RCI points)

Grandview owners are stuck in a poor situation with the resort not having an official surrender program and the ownership having little to no resale value and hs to be given away for free to even hope to attract a buyer! While this resort was the most successfully sold timeshare on TUG in 2024, for every successful resale there are others that fail simply because there are far more owners who want out, than are looking to pick up a timeshare on the resale market!
The fact is if you cant give your Grandview timeshare back and cant give it away for free then your only legitimate option remaining to you to end your ownership is to stop paying and walk away.
