Does Exploria have an Exit Program?
No, sadly Exploria does not offer an official exit program. We still suggest that owners attempt to reach out and at least ask for your options. Emails and phone calls are free!
The downside is as of the publishing of this article (2025) Exploria still not only tells owners they do not have any options to surrender an unwanted ownership back but they refer owners to a known upfront fee resale company! This is still one of the most ridiculous decisions ever made by a timeshare as we cant even imagine how many unsuspecting owners throw away even more money because they were told they could sell their timeshare for aa significant sum of money if they simply paid the upfront fee!

Can I Sell my Exploria Timeshare?
Sadly most Exploria Resorts Timeshares have little to no resale value and as such make them difficult to sell! Alternatively (check out our other articles for more info on this) it can be offered up for free to see if someone might be interested in taking it off your hands and becoming the new owner!
