This seems too good to be true, whats the catch?
While there is no "catch", there are three important details owners need to know before using this program
- Your ownership must be paid off
- You cannot be delinquent in your maintenance fees
- Innseason can charge a fee for you to surrender your ownership back!

So while selling isnt a legitimate option for many, you can offer it up for free on the resale market to see if someone would be willing to take it off your hands and thus providing a cheaper alternative than paying Innseason Resorts to take it back if they quote you a very high fee or some multiple of your annual dues!
