Revised 1/5/2006
HISTORY:
In 1993 RCI Management was formed to take over
the operation of Glen Ivy Resorts. They faced several problems: the
first being title problems for people who had purchased but never received a
title; secondly the Homeowner's Associations needed support and
strengthening. These two problems have been mostly resolved. A law
suit settlement has recently added significant revenue to the associations and
has led to refurbishing of many resorts. The Preferred Status Exchange
has expanded the vacation variety and possibilities of owners. The goal
of RCI Management is to continue providing quality resort while adding new
resorts to the system. Over a year ago
it became Fairfield Resort Management Services

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In the two years plus years that I have been an owner I have
been pleased with the helpful and warm nature of the vacation counselors.
The system has worked for us with both external(RCI)
and internal exchanges(Fairfield Resort Management Services). The quality
of the resorts is well above average for the ones we have visited. Don't
hesitate to e-mail if you have additional questions.
Bonus Time(BNS) and Preferred Time(PBN) are not
guaranteed, but are subject to availability.
